Ingredients of Masoor Biryani😜😜

  1. Prepare 1 cup of Oil.

  2. You need 1 cup of Masoor boil.

  3. You need of Tomatoes 3 large chopped.

  4. It’s of Yogurt half cup.

  5. Prepare 1 tbsp of Kewra.

  6. It’s pinch of Yellow colour.

  7. You need of Onion 1 cup chopped.

  8. It’s 4 of Green chillies.

  9. Prepare 15 leaves of Podina.

  10. Prepare of Salt 1 tsp for gravy.

  11. You need 2 tsp of Red chilli powder.

  12. It’s 1 tsp of Dhania powder.

  13. It’s 1 tsp of Haldi.

  14. Prepare Gram of masala powder half tsp.

  15. You need of Shan Biryani masala half pac.

  16. You need of Mix gram masala 1 tbsp.

  17. It’s 1 tsp of Zeera.

  18. Prepare 1 tsp of ginger garlic paste.

  19. It’s 500 gm of Sela rice.

This is my first adaption of this wonderful recipe.

I have never met Mahjabeen-ji personally but seem to know her well through the lovely dishes I taste.

Very delicious vegetarian biryani with all the protein.

  1. Water me salt, podina, zeera, gram masala sabit daal kar rice ko boil Karen..

  4. Phir Eik plate me ginger garlic paste, Biryani masala, red chilli powder, haldi, salt, dhania powder nikal kar rakhy or Wo bhi daal de..

  5. Masoor ko boil kerky rakhy. Jab masala simmer ho to masoor, red fry onion, green chillies daal kar bhon ly..

  6. Jab masala bhon gae to alag Rakh ly. Yogurt ko phent kar yellow colour, kewra Daly..

  7. Chawal boil ki teh laga kar bhon masala, phir yogurt phir rice daal kar oil 4 tbsp daal kar daam de. Mazedar Biryani tayar hy..
