  3. Add 2 to 4 pinch of Eno in it and keep aside for half an hour.

  4. After half an hour take a bowl,take two spoon of grated urad dal paste.put 8 tbsp oats flour in it and mix well with hand blender..

  5. After this add coconut milk and mix it well.I mixed it with Coconut Milk because it removes the slight bitterness of spring onion and gives a good test..

  6. After this, add finely chopped spring onion,ginger garlic and green chilli paste, salt and turmeric powder and mix beat well.

  7. Now our dosa batter is ready.After this, place a non stick pan on the gas.When the pan becomes hot, add some olive oil to it.

  8. With the help of a spoon, pour the dosa batter into it..

  9. If one gets cooked on one side, turn it on the other side..

  10. If you want to put potato paneer inside it, you can add it according to your choice and can prepare masala dosa.I have made a plane dosa.

  11. Now our dosa is ready, take it out in a plate and serve with sambar and chutney..
