As a child I always loved the oyster cracker snacks that came in the cellophane bags alongside my mother's chili in the local diner.

For the chocolate sauce, i used sweetened cocoa powder as a substitute (Bournvita or milo) but for a perfect result, use unsweetened cocoa powder add all the ingredients (sugar and powdered milk) dissolve in water. Transfer to a pan and cook till the moisture has reduced in quantity. Now dissolve 1tbsp of flour and water to form a paste. Pour over the chocolate mixture till whisk till it thickens. NB: if you are using sweetened cocoa powder, skip out the sugar. You can also add cinnamon powder to taste.
