  1. Take a kadhai and add 3 spoons mustard oil andd heat it for 1-2 minutes and then add 1/2 spoon jeera and grated small piece of ginger. Stir for 2 mins and then put 3 chopped tomatoes along with 2 chopped green chillies. Add 1 spoon salt and mix well for 5-8 mins. Now add 1/2 spoon red chilli powder and 1/2 spoon coriander powder again, mix well. Put all the chopped potatoes and mix well. Add 250ml- 300ml water and keep it for 10 mins on medium flame.
