  1. You need of Katla Mach r Tel.

  2. It’s of Finely chopped onion.

  3. You need of Finely chopped garlic.

  4. It’s of Jeera powder.

  5. You need of Turmeric powder.

  6. Prepare of Besan.

  7. It’s of White flour.

  8. You need of Green chilli finely chopped.

  4. Take small amount of quantity from the dough, flatten with hand..

  5. Now release it in the oil..

  6. Gas flame must be medium otherwise it will not properly coocked from inside..
