  1. It’s 200 gm of Ivy gourd or donde or tindora.

  2. Prepare 1.5 tbsp of Besan.

  3. You need 2 tbsp of Rice flour.

  5. You need 1 tsp of Chilli powder.

  6. It’s 1 tsp of Turmeric.

  7. You need 1/2 tsp of Ginger garlic paste.

Trying in my own way to pop in this ivy gourd.and this time couldn't compromise in making it a deep fried version.

These tindora chips have really surpassed my allergy levels and became my favourite.

  1. Cut ivy gourd into round slices.slices should not be too thick and not too thin.

  2. Add besan and rice flour to it. Rice flour should be added little more compared to besan. Add salt,turmeric and chill powder.mix well.

  3. Heat oil and deep fry the coated ivy gourds till golden brown. Drop ivy gourds slices one by one in oil to avoid sticking..
