Mini savoury buns step by step

  1. Prepare the following ingredients. Chop red pepper & green pepper in small cubes. Chop the Smoked chicken fillet into small strips.

  2. In a mixing bowl add.. Chopped smoked chicken. Salt to taste. A Sprinkle of black pepper and mixed herbs. 1 finely chopped chillie and a dash of finely chopped coriander. mix well. Add 5 tablespoons of steers peri peri sauce and 2 table spoons of steers sweet chilli sauce to the chicken and mix well.

  3. Slit buns and add the filling. if you having it as a cold treat.. Best to add grated cheese in the mixture before filling..
