Ingredients of Tindora 65

  1. It’s 250 gms of tindora.

  2. You need to taste of Salt.

  3. You need 2 tsp of if red chilli powder.

  4. It’s 1/2 tsp of Turmeric Powder.

  5. Prepare 1/2 tsp of cumin seeds.

  6. Prepare 2 tsp of peanuts.

  7. Prepare 1 tsp of Chana dal.

  8. It’s 2-3 cloves of chopped garlic.

  9. You need 2-3 of green chilies slits.

  10. Prepare 2-3 of dry whole red chilies.

  11. It’s Aa needed of curry leaves.

  12. Prepare 4 tsp of gram flour (Besan).

  13. Prepare 2 tsp of corn flour.

  14. It’s 1/2 tsp of roasted jeera powder.

Tindora 65 step by step

  1. First of all wash tindora and cut it into fourth slits..

  2. Now add Besan, rice flour, chilli powder, haldi powder and salt to tindora and mix it well. Don’t use water. Keep on mixing tindora will leave it own water..

  3. Heat oil in a pan on medium heat. Let the oil heated up. Now add tindora mixture to the oil separating them with your hands. Fry it till it becomes crispy..

  4. Transfer these fried tindora in a plate lined with kitchen towel..

  5. In the same oil fry peanuts and chanadal also till it becomes crispy..

  6. Take another pan, add 2tsp oil in it..

  7. Add chopped garlic, green chilies, whole red chilli and fry it for a couple of minutes. Now add little red chilies powder and haldi powder. Fry it for few seconds. Lastly add our fried tindora, peanuts and Garam nuts or chanadal..

  8. Mix it well and garnish it with coriander leaves. ENJOY!!!.
