Ingredients of Mushroom and green Chole masala

  1. You need 250 gms of mushroom.

  2. You need 1 cup of green choliya.

  3. Prepare 3 of onions.

  4. You need 1 of onion diced.

  5. You need 4 of tomatoes.

  6. It’s 1 tbsp of Ginger,garlic and green chilli.

  7. It’s as taste of Salt and pepper.

  8. Prepare 1 tsp of turmeric powder.

  9. Prepare 1 tsp of coriander powder.

  10. It’s 1 tsp of cumin seeds(jeera).

  11. It’s 1 tsp of garam masala.

  12. Prepare 1/2 tsp of amchoor powder.

  13. You need 1/2 tsp of kasuri methi.

  14. Prepare 2 tsp of fresh malai.

  15. You need 1/2 tsp of chat masala.

  16. Prepare 1/2 tsp of shahi sabji masala.

Fry well until mushrooms turn brown.

The chana masala is best paired with boiled rice, flatbreads, naan, paratha, etc.

Mushroom and green Chole masala step by step

  1. Firstly grind onions,tomatoes,ginger,garlic and green chilli…and make a fine paste….

  2. Now cut mushrooms into halves and boil them in hot water until one boil…and also boil green choliya and drain out.

  3. Now take a kadhai,,add ghee or oil..add jeera and dhania powder..add the grinded paste,,and cook for 2 min..now add diced onions and cook until oil releases..now add all dry spices.

  4. Now add fresh malai and mix well.

  5. Add water acc to your consistency….and add blanched mushrooms and choliya.

  6. Now cook on high flame until it boils…and now slow down the flame and cook for 15 min…its ready…serve with tandoori onion paratha or rice or roti..enjoy.
