Ingredients of Desi Chicken Kosha

  1. Prepare 1.5 lb or 680 gms of Chicken.

  2. It’s 2 medium sized of Onion finely chopped.

  5. You need 5 pieces of Dried Red Chillies soaked for 15 mins.

  6. It’s 1 tsp of cumin seeds or jeera.

  8. Prepare 2 tsp of Coriander Powder.

  9. Prepare 2 tsp of Red Chilli Powder.

  10. You need 2 tsp of Turmeric Powder.
