Combine yogurt, spices, ginger, garlic and salt in a bowl.
Add paneer, peppers, and onions to the yogurt and mix well.

So i decided to make a paneer wrap, i had some cheese in my fridge, so i added that as well.

In a bowl Mix all dry ingredients for paneer coating. Add water and make a thick consistency batter. Now coat paneer into it and then coat in papad/breadcrumbs/cornflackes. Deep fry it untill turn crispy..

For wrap take one tortilla wrap roti (readymade) and heat a little on a pan from both side. Now apply mayonnaise, ketchup and Chilli flakes-oregano seasoning mixture..

Now in a center add all the veggies, and top it with paneer, mint mayonnaise, peri peri sauce & cheese..

Roll it and make a wrap. You can serve it as it is or you can toast it in a pan with a little butter. And serve it hot..
I dont want the outer layer of the wrap to be too thick and chewy so i made a rumali roti instead of regular roti or chapati.
When i finished making the wrap and tasted it, it was sooo good.
I had some leftover so i enjoyed it for todays breakfast as well.
Crispy Paneer Bars are cottage cheese fingers coated with papad and I have used the mint coriander chutney and imli chutney inside paneer to curb its raw flavour.
