You can cook Semovita with ogbono using 10 ingredients and 13 steps. Here is how you achieve it.
Ingredients of Semovita with ogbono

It’s of Semovita.

It’s of Ogbono.

It’s of Palm oil.

Prepare of Cray fish.

You need of Peppers.

It’s of Stock fish.

Prepare of Meat.

It’s of Pomo.

Prepare of Onions.

It’s of Locust beans.
Steps to cooking ogbono with lumpy egusi.
Wash the bush meat and boil in a pot with some water, a little palm oil, salt, seasoning cubes, chopped onions and ground pepper.
Allpow to to boil and then simmer until the dry bush meat begins to get tender.
My favourite dinner meal is semovita with either ogbono, melon or achii soup thanks.
Semovita with ogbono instructions

Put pot on fire add water allow to bowl, in a separate bowl add water and mix it with the semolina and pour inside the boiling water and allow to boil for few minutes..

Start adding the semolina while you keep turning it, still you get a smooth paste..

Put them inside a warmer..

For the ogbono.

Ground pepper and crayfish together and set aside..

Cook your meat, pomo and stock fish and set it aside too..

Ground your ogbono and set aside..

Put pot on fire add the palm oil when hot put in your diced onions and allow to shallow fry..

Put your ogbono in a bowl and pour half of the palm oil inside and set aside..

Add your meat, pomo and stock fish to the pot of the palm oil and mix them together..

Add water and grounded pepper with crayfish..

Add locust beans and seasoning cubes and allow to boil..

Pour in your ogbono inside and stir allow to cook for few minutes and its done..

By the way, as a pure Igbo guy way I be, fufu used to be my best but with increase in age, one has to cut down on heavy duty food one eats, so I now prefer wheat or semo, if non of them is available, then I go for poundy before fufu.
