  8. Heat plenty oil in a pan. Put the prepared samosa in hot oil, deep fry on low to medium till light brown..

  9. Drain and set aside to cool. Store in airtight container..

  10. Crispy and tempting samosas are ready. Serve it with a steaming hot cup of tea or any dip of your choice..
