Add 3 halved walnuts to fit on the first like lids..

Roll up the persimmons. Cover with plastic wrap and press it together..

Keep in the freezer for about 2-3 hours..

Allow it to thaw for 20 minutes before slicing it up..

Cut into one inch slices and serve chilled to your family and guest.
