It’s 2 cup of rolled oats.

It’s 1/2 cup of rawa/sooji.

Roast rolled oats for 5 min in medium flame, let it rest for 5 min then grind oats into fine powder. Take oil in a pan add black mustard seeds, chana and urad daal, green chopped chillies, curry leave and carrots stir for 5 to 8 min..

Add rawa into pan and stir completely till brown. Take oats and rawa veggies into a bowl then add curd and half of cup water, mix well. At last add coriander leaves and hing. Give the batter rest for 20 to 30 min before cooking..

Add salt in the batter. It should not be very thick or very runny. You can use water to balance consistency. Take idly maker spread oil and place cashew on the base then pour batter into the idly maker..

Close the idly maker and leave at medium flame for 15 to 20min. Check your idly if it is not cooked completely leave for another 5min..
