  5. Bake 10 to 15 minutes until beef is cooked through. Let stand 5 minutes before serving.

Seal the edges and ends of the meat.

Sprinkle evenly with cheese; gently press into meat.

Starting at short end, roll up tightly, using foil to start roll and tucking in spinach leaves; seal ends.

Sprinkle with the pepperoni, mozzarella cheese, mushrooms, pepper rings, green pepper and olives.

Roll up, jelly-roll style, starting with a long side; pinch seam to seal and tuck ends under.
