First in a bowl add all dry ingredients of dough and mix well…Add milk,curd and required warm water and knead a dough…Add butter and knead again well for 5min until soft and elastic..Pour some oil or ghee over the dough… Spread and cover with a cling wrap…set aside atleast for 1 hour..

In a blender jar add cashews and almonds and blend them to make a powder..

Heat a pan with 1/2 tbsp of ghee and add crumbled paneer….Stir for a min or until it leaves its rawness…Now add condensed milk and mix well…Add cashew+almonds powder and all ingredients of filling and mix until well combined.. Switch off the flame and take it out in a bowl and allow it to cool..

Now take raised dough from bowl and knead again for a min… Divide it into 8 equal portions..Roll each into puri sized roll and place the paneer stuffing long on the one side.. roll the dough to cover the stuffing..from one side…And slice the remaining dough into strips using a knife…Wrap those strips on the covered filling and tuck the remaining strips in the bottom or cut out the extra..

Place them on a greased baking tray and spray or brush with little ghee or oil…Keep aside for 15min..

Keep the baking tray in the microwave for 30min..Or until golden brown..On 180°..
