  1. Steam your meat with onion, curry, thyme, knorr cubes and salt to get meat stock (water from the meat) for cooking the rice and set aside.

  2. In a blender, blend your ginger, fresh tomatoes, Shombo, tatashi, and red bell pepper.set aside.

  3. Wash your rice with warm water or cold water with salt properly and set aside.

  4. Place a pot with oil on fire and allow to a little, add your diced onion, and blended tomatoes, tatashi, Shombo, red bell pepper, ginger and tin tomatoes and fry till its slightly dry.. Do not allow it get burnt though..to get your sauced meat, while frying, add your steamed meat in the tomato mixture and stir together for a while then remove it.. Trust me, the taste will wow you.

  5. Add your meat stock and water that will be enough to cook the rice to your satisfaction.

  6. Add your curry, thyme, seasoning cubes and salt,stir together and cover to simmer.

  7. Pour your rice and stir together and then cover to cook. Stir occasionally so the ones up will be cooked same as the ones down.

  8. Now add your crayfish when the rice has dried up a little and stir together.

  9. Add your diced veggies, cover it and leave to hear up a little for like a minute. Stir together!.

  10. Your delicious and yummy jollof rice is ready.. Can be served with any soft drink of your choice.
