You need 2 cups of Ogbono.

It’s of Salt.

You need 2 of cooking spoon Red oil.

Prepare leaves of Uziza.

It’s 2 of Okpei.

Prepare 2 cubes of Knorr.

You need 1/2 kg of Pomo.

It’s 2 of Dry fish.

You need 2 of cooking spoon Crayfish.

Ogbono soup with pomo step by step

Boil the pomo and dry fish(debone) for 10minutes with onion,knorr cubes and salt..

Blend the ogbono with okpei to be very smooth..

Bleach the red oil for 3minutes,pour the ogbono and okpei and stir it will dissolve as you stir..

Pour in the pomo and dry fish with 2 cups of water dont cover leave it to boil very well..

Blend the crayfish and fresh pepper and add,add salt and knorr cubes..

Slice the scent leaves and add it after 10minutes..
I love my ogbono soup thick with plenty obstacles to go with it for sure.
And i would love to show you how i make mine.
My mum has always used this method and i copied after her (although she boils her ogbono along side the meat, but i prefer to boil mine in water.
The ogbono also makes this soup really strechy so don't be afraid of cutting the okra slim by adding the tomato paste.
