On a medium flame mix sugar and water and keep on stirring till the sugar gets dissolves dont boil the water I have kept saffron in lukewarm water and and mix this saffron water to the sugar syrup and add rose water also keep in side the water to come to lukewarm please don't boil the water fully..

Next take a pan and stir rice flour with a wooden spoon always use nonstick pan for making this dessert, stir till it becomes aromat it should not change the colour so keep on medium flame for 7 to 8 minutes, next add butter and and continuously stir it with the flour until it doesnt look like a paste..

The syrup has come down to lukewarm to check take a small ball of flour and dip in if it sizzle the paste is hot enough to mix the syrup add food colour of saffron colour for more dark orange look and mix the syrup and stir it continuously till it gets mixed well with the flour and start leaving the pan for about 5 minutes..
