This cake is super moist and the frosting is yum.
That's right, I turned the famous Dalgona coffee drink into frosting and it works!
Being a dedicated coffee drinker and creating this iced coffee with vanilla cream and a tasty cold brew mocha I knew I could come up with something.
It took some experimenting and testing but I think I finally ended up with a frosting that can sit on top of a cupcake or sheet cake and still have the same.
Dalgona chocolate cake step by step

Take Dry ingredients (wheat flour, cornflour, baking powder, baking soda, cocoa powder) and sieve them and add fine semolina and mix,keep aside.

Take one vessel, add oil, milk,curd, vanilla essence and mix well. Add jaggery powder and mix.

Add dry ingredients mix and mix nicely. Add apple cider vinegar and mix, cake batter is ready..

Grease oil & place butter Paper. pour cake batter,tap two times. Bake for 20 minutes in 180% pre heated oven..

Remove butter paper,and let it cool..

Prepare jaggery syrup by heating water and jaggery. And mix with coffee powder. Continuously blend on electrical blender, dalgona cream is ready..

Take cake base,pour some dalgona cream,& spread,place the cake. Poke some hopes with fork & pour jaggery syroup over the cake..

Spread the dalgona cream on it & decorate with coho chips, dryfruits. Cool it in fridge an hour.
STEP Slice the cake into two pieces.
Using a stand mix or hand held mixer, whip aquafaba in a medium to large bowl until stiff peaks form.
