Keep boiling till it thickens.Add the slivered nuts.Our Rabdi is ready,refrigerate.

PREPARE THE MOONG DAL HALWA -Grind the moong dal into a fine powder..

Prepare the chashni by taking the water and the sugar along with cardamom and boiling it till 2 string consistency.

Heat the ghee and add the moong dal powder and cook till the raw smell disappears and the colour is changed to golden.

Add the milk and the chashni and whisk well so no lumps are formed.Quick the halwa till the ghee is separated and the halwa has turned nice golden..

ASSEMBLING THE CIGARS/Spring rolls:-Take spring roll wrappers and place the moong dal halwa in the centre and roll like a normal spring roll.

Heat oil in a pan and fry the Cigars till light golden colour(after removing the spring roll from the heat,they still get cooked hence remove them when you see the light colour).
