  1. Wash and boil Cocoyam,pound or blend when done. Wash the meat, stockfish and dryfish.remove oha from the stick and wash. Pound pepper and crayfish. Methods :Boil meat, add salt and Maggi, after it boils for about 5mins, add stockfish and also add the blended cocoyam,cook till the cocoyam has dissolved, then add the pounded pepper and crayfish, add palm oil and ogili.cook for 5mins, add dryfish, then add Oha.taste for salt. Cook for another 3mins and put off the fire. Serve with semo or Eba.
