Shawarma. Ingredients of Shawarma

  1. Prepare 2 cup of flour and half cup for dusting.

  2. You need 1/2 tsp of salt.

  3. Prepare 2 tbsp of veg.oil.

  4. You need 1 tsp of baking powder.

  5. You need of Water.

  6. Prepare of Fillings.

  7. It’s of De-bone chicken breast.

  8. You need of Onion.

  9. It’s of Green peppe.

  10. Prepare of Tatashe or shombo pepper.

  11. It’s of Seasoning.

  12. Prepare of Salt.

  13. Prepare 2 tbsp of powders milk.mix with water to form past.

  14. It’s of Black pepper.

  15. You need of Ketchup.

  16. Prepare of Mayonnaise.

Combine yogurt, lemon juice, garlic, pepper sauce, vinegar, onion, black and cayenne pepper, mace, and salt.

Shawarma is a lot like a gyro, kind of like a taco, but so different in many ways.

Shawarma is thinly sliced cuts of meat, like chicken, beef, goat, lamb, and sometimes turkey rolled into a large piece of flatbread or pita that has been steamed or heated.

Shawarma instructions

  1. Bring to your floured work table and knead for some minutes. Cover n allow to rest..

  2. Marinate your chicken breast for hours for better taste.

  3. Sieve your flour, add in ur salt,baking powder, veg.oil,water and mix until u get a smooth and pliable dough.make a ball and allow to rest for 20minute..

  4. Divide the dough into to equal parts or ball n flatten it round..

  5. Put your frying pan on fire wen hot,place in the tortilla for second,place the rest until it complete..

  6. Mix your mayonnise n ketchup together with the grated cabbage n carrot..

  7. Grill in ur marinates chicken n slice.flatten your shawarma wrap,rub your mix mayoketch,place in your grated carrot n cabbage,then chicken n veg.n fold..

  8. Now grill it.ready for consumption..

The secret is in the shawarma spice mixture, including warm spices including cumin, coriander, turmeric, paprika and a pinch of cayenne.

Simply add the spices into a small bowl and mix to combine.

Shawarma Sauce: Add garlic to the bowl of a food processor and process until chopped.

Add tahini and pulse to combine.

With the machine running, slowly add cold water until frothy.
