  1. Put the avocado flesh in a food processor..

  2. Add the melted chocolate,cocoa powder, milk, date syrup, vanilla, tahini paste and salt..

  3. Puree this till it is combined and creamy..

  4. Spoon the mousse into four dishes and chill for atleast two hours..

  5. I served it with bought caramel custard though it would be nice with cream also. Or even add 1/2 tsp cardamom to the cream and a tbsp sugar..

Combine avocado, coconut cream, cacao, tahini and maple syrup in food processor and blend on high speed until smooth, creamy and well combined.

Taste and add extra tahini or maple syrup if you think it needs it.

Place mousse in piping bag or spoon into serving jars, place in fridge to chill for an hour or so.

Scoop out the avocado flesh and place in a food processor.

Add the cacao powder and vanilla and blend until smooth.
