Cut and keep it seperately all veggies whatever we want to add…..I am adding carrot,beans,onion and green chilli..

Soak yellow split moong dal 3-4 hour and than…In a kadai…add oil and all veggies with dal and oats…

Mix it everything and stir it nicely for 5 min..

Now add water and boil it….than after 5 min boil it on low flame….oats khichdi is ready to eat😋.
