Veg Fried Rice. This one is simply flavored and has more than four cups of chopped and sliced vegetables, such as carrots, peppers, and broccoli—though you can change up the vegetables as you like! Tips for the Best Fried Rice I like to cook the brown rice with a little less water than the package calls for so that it soaks up the soy sauce and vegetable juices better.

Fried rice is a great way to use up leftovers, but there's no reason you can't use a batch of freshly cooked white rice instead.
This recipe produces vegetable-studded fried rice with individual grains, lightly seasoned to allow the flavor of the rice to shine.

Firstly, heat oil in a wok or a pan. add 3-4 tsp of oil..

Add capsicum and fry for a minute. then add all the finely chopped veggies..

Stir and toss the vegetables so that they are cooked well..

Tip-add some salt while cooking vegetables. (To fasten the cooking process).

And add aromat powder in it and mix it well..

Now add cooked rice and all salt and black pepper in it..

Fry it for a few minutes till the rice and vegetables mix well..

Garnish with spring onions and serve the hot veg fried rice with veg manchurian(gravy)..
Then add in the mushrooms and peas.
Once done, place the vegetables in a dish and put to one side.
Push all of the cooked vegetables to the side of the pan.
Beat the eggs and pour into the cleared half of the pan.
Scramble the eggs and mix with the rest of the vegetables.
