I was a bit skeptical at first, you know, eggs on a pizza, that's got to be strange, right?

Not so, it is actually amazing.

We love breakfast food and we love pizza!

Breakfast Pizza instructions

  1. Preheat Oven to 415.

  2. Shred potatoes, squeeze to remove moisture.

  3. Fry pototoes in large pan with salt and pepper, cook until crispy.

  4. Brown sausage in frying pan.

  5. Scramble eggs, keep them easy and wet.

  6. Spread pizza dough, sauce with gravy.

  7. Chop hash browns and spread over entire surface of pizza and cover lighly with cheese.

  8. Chop scrambled eggs into small bits and cover pizza.

  9. Chop sausage and cover pizza.

  10. Cover pizza to edges with cheese.

  11. Bake for 14 minutes.

There are all different breakfast pizza recipes out there but this one is our favorite because it is so simple to make and I almost always have all the ingredients on hand.

It is also perfect on the go which is great when we are busy in the filed planting, harvesting or trying to get kids off to school.

I used to make this when I worked for a gas station/pizza place so I could sell it by the slice to the early morning rush.
