Oats, Moong dal and Coconut Cutlet step by step

  1. Pressure cook moong dal with 1 cup water for 1 whistle..

  2. In a blender jar, take rolled oats. Grind it along with black pepper, cumin seeds and green chilli into a fine powder..

  3. Add this to the moong dal(drain water if any)..

  4. Add coconut and ginger paste. Bring together into a dough..

  5. Divide the dough into 9 equal parts. Roll them into balls. Pat them to desired shape..

  6. Heat a griddle. Grease the oil. Place the cutlets. Sprinkle oil on the sides and on top..

  7. Let the cutlets cook. Flip. Sprinkle oil on the sides and on top..

  8. Flip once again and cook for a while..
