Even though it's May now, I'm not quite ready to say goodbye to comfort food and have been playing around with this thick and hearty vegetable stew over the past couple of weeks.

Vegetable stew step by step

Wash your meat and kpomo…and steam.

Cut your veges and set aside…boil water..and wash your vegetable to remove bitter taste.

In another pot..put your oil and allow to hot then.. Put your onions then tomatoes… Fry to your taste then add your steam meat.. Add your Maggi,pepper,crayfish and salt…fry for sometime.

Then your vegetable.. Let it be on fire for some minutes then bring down.

In a large nonstick skillet, brown meat in oil over medium heat.
