  1. In a bowl add oats, suji, curd..Mix well and keep aside to rest for 10-15 min..

  2. Add leftover Dal (here I have used leftover maithi dal) and add all spices…In required amount…And mix..

  3. Heat a tempering pan…Add mustard seeds..Let them splutter…And pour into the batter…Add banking soda and mix well..

  4. Heat idli steamer and grease each mould with little oil…Pour tbsp of batter in each mould….And cook for 15 mins..

  5. Heat tempering pan with 1tsp of oil add mustard seeds and curry leaves…And pour on prepared idlis…And garnish with fresh coriander leaves..

  6. Healthy leftover dal idlies are ready…..serve…As it is…Or with green chutney…Or any type of sauce….
