  1. Prepare of semolina(suji).

  2. It’s of amul butter.

  3. Prepare of milk powder.

  4. It’s of baking powder.

  5. It’s of baking soda.

  6. Prepare of powder sugar.

  7. You need of mawa essence.

  8. You need of tutti frutti.

  9. You need of chopped almonds.

  10. You need of chopped pistachio.

  11. Prepare of chopped cashews.

  12. Prepare of warm milk.

Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition.

In a medium bowl, whisk together flour, tea leaves, baking powder, and salt.

With mixer at low speed, gradually add flour mixture to butter mixture alternately with crème fraîche, beginning.

Once the final rest is done, brush each tea cake with an egg wash which will ensure a shiny top.

  1. Take a bowl add 1 cup semolina and 2 tbsp amul butter..

  2. Add 1 packet milk powder, 1 tsp baking powder, and 1/2 tsp baking soda..

  3. Now add 2 drops mawa essence, 2 cups powder sugar,2 tbsp tuttifrutti.

  4. Add chopped nuts cashews, almond, pistachio and 2 cups milk.

  5. Mix all ingredients well and Now mix using spectula mix throughly until its well combined..

  6. Now preheat the oven at 180° for 10 minutes.

  7. After preheating the oven bake cake for 35 minutes…..

  8. After baking let it cool and take out it in serving plate…

  9. Tea cake ready to serve…garnish with fruit jem.
