  1. Soak urad dal and grind a smooth paste..

  2. In a mixing bowl add urad dal paste, oats, onion, green chilli, salt, kasuri methi, red chilli & Chaat masala..

  3. Mix it well all the ingredients (no need to add water).

  4. Heat oil in a wok pour small small amount of mixture in a hot oil and fry till golden colour or until crispy..

  5. Sprinkle some more chaat masala..

  6. Serve hot with sauce or chai..
