  4. Add enough water, cover and cook till vegetables are done..

  5. Add oats and moong dal to the vegetables and mix well.Garnish with coriander leaves and enjoy it with beetroot raita😋.

Cook for a few seconds, add two cups of water, cooked moong dal and bring to boil.

Moong dal khichdi is best enjoyed with a generous amount of ghee topping along with raita/ curd, pickle, chopped onions or papad on the side.
