It is steamed bean pudding made from peeled black-eyed peas, onions, fresh ground peppers and if desired, any protein of choice including boiled eggs, sausage, corned beef etc.

  2. Prepare of egg.

  3. You need of Crayfish.

  4. Prepare of Red pepper/scotch bonnet.

  5. It’s of Onions and garlic.

Moimoi with sardine sauce instructions Wash your beans to remove the coat.when the entire coat has been removed,pour in a container and add water.

  2. Boil ur eggs and cut them into the blended beans add vegetable spices and beat untill is soft put a pot on the fire and add water and put ur mixture in a white leather then allow to cook.

  3. For the sauce grate ur red pepper scotch bonnet put a pan on low heat add little oil put ur pepper cut onions add all ur spices mix and allow for 5-10 min ur sauce is ready.

  4. Serve ur delicious moimoi with peppered sauce.

Wash off the black eye and membrane covering.

Blend fine in blender with onions and tomatoes.
