Firstly take the cooker put butter heat it then put cumin splutter them then add oats, Moong dal saute it then add salt, turmeric powder and saute it for 2 minutes..

Then add 2 bowls water and cover it and give two whistles, after cooling make this Khichdi man..

Take 1 plate put Khichdi in center and give round shapes..

Then cut two pieces carrot in round shape and place into at face the also put black pepper as eyelids..
