Prepare 1/2 cup of Quick rolled oats.

You need 1 tbsp of garlic mince.

Stir in the parsley and vinegar.

This is a fantastic nutritious soup with kale, oats and lentils with a delicate Indian taste.
I seasoned the soup with a mixture of garam masala and turmeric and added oats instead of rice or pasta.

Wash and soak the red lentils for an hour..

To a pressure cooker, add butter and garlic mince..

Also add cloves and cinnamon stick..

Now add the sliced onion and saute them all for a minute or two..

Next, add the lentils and oats to it along with 4 cups of water..

Pressure cook for 4-5 whistles..

Let the pressure settle down and then open the lid..

Adjust salt and add some hot water if required..

The consistency should be semi thick..

Garnish with lots of coriander leaves and sprinkle some chilli flakes..

Lastly squeeze some lemon juice before serving..
