  1. You need 2 cups of Steel cut Oats.

  2. It’s 1/2 cup of Urad dal.

  3. It’s 1 tea spoon of Methi /Fenugreek seeds.

  4. Prepare 2 tbsp of Chana dal.

  5. You need 1 cup of Poha (optional).

  6. Prepare to taste of Salt.
