Ingredients of Mango stuffed kulfi

  1. You need 1 of big alphonso mango.

  2. Prepare 1 bowl of Homemade kulfi.

I prepare this recipe every summer season in India.

Place the mango on a glass or a bowl on which it can stand.

When the kulfi sets,peel the mango skin and cut into slices.

This interesting recipe has kulfi stuffed inside ripe mangoes.

Mango stuffed kulfi step by step

  1. Take a mango cut one side edge and only take out the seed not pulp..

  2. Take out completely and refill the pulps which comes out..

  3. Start filling the kulfi in the centre of mango.

  4. Put the cap again which we cut first and put in the freezer for 2 to 3 hrs.then take out and peel it and cut into the shapes..

Beat the heat with this delicious kulfi served inside mangoes.

For stuffing, I have used Kesari Kulfi but you can add with Gulkand, Pista, Paan Kulfi and other which one you like.we can use other fruit as well but my favorite is Alphonso Mango.
