  2. Prepare of Cooking oil.

  3. It’s of maida/All-purpose flour.

  4. You need of Coco powder.

  5. It’s of Sugar.

Mini Chocolate Semolina Cake instructions

  1. Take a bowl add curd and oil, beat with a whisk.

  2. Add semolina and beat well. Cover and allow it to rest for 15 mins.

  3. Now after 15 mins, add flour (maida), cocoa powder, baking powder and mix it. Now add milk and beat nicely.

  4. Take a paniyaram pan, grease it and drop 1 tbsp of the batter and bake it for 10 mins.

  5. After 10 min remove the cover and take the toothpick to check the cake is baked or not.

  6. Now cake is baked well, now ready to serve.

For the cake: Put the semolina into a large bowl and add the kefir.

In a small bowl beat the egg with the sugar until stiff.

In a small pan melt the butter over low heat, add cocoa and stir until it fully dissolves.

Put the baking powder into the semolina/kefir mixture and stir well.

Put the butter, cocoa, coffee and milk in a small microwave-safe bowl.
