Turmeric Hummus. Hummus is one of those recipes that you can make reasonably for any. During my lunch break from jury duty several weeks ago, I finally made it over to Mother , a vegetarian restaurant in Downtown Sacramento. Made with chickpeas, lemon juice, garlic, turmeric and olive oil.

Ingredients of Turmeric Hummus

Prepare of tahini paste.

You need of lemon juice.

It’s of chick peas.

Prepare of Turmeric.

You need of Garlic.

Prepare of paprika.

It’s of Olive oil.

It’s of to taste Salt and pepper.
In a food processor or high-powered blender, add all ingredients except the water or chickpea juice.
Pulse a few times to get everything mixed.
While still running, add the water until you get the consistency that you like.
Run the processor until the hummus is creamy and smooth.
Turmeric Hummus instructions

Add in dry ingredients into food processor. (Peprika, turmeric, garlic) pukes until garlic chopped and spices seem well combined..

Add in chick peas, olive oil, lemon juice, and tahini. Combine until mixture is smooth and of a creamy consistency..

Add salt and pepper to taste and pulse a few times to insure it is mixed well. Enjoy!.
