  4. Now slice the banana directly over the hot oil with a banana slicer and fry.Once its almost done add a tsp of salt water to this & turn the chips and fry till the splutter stops.Remove the fried chips from oil and drain on tissues. Add the fried curry leaves to the chips..

  5. Once all the bananas are fried,store in airtight containers..
