Ukazi soup step by step

Stem the meat with Maggi, salt and pepper to make the meat have taste add the stock fish and allow to cook for some time.

Add the quatity of water you want in the pot and allow to boil add palm oil, crayfish and pepper cover the pot for it to boil together.

Then you add the ofor small depending on the quatity of water in the pot. Dont allow the Ofor to be much for it not to be too thick.

Add Maggi and salt with the esam and allow it to boil together before putting the ukazi leaf.

After which the soup is ready you can eat with any swallow of your choice.
Then add a little water and cook.
Correct spellings with all the punctuation: Ọkazị or Ụkazị.
Okazi has two Igbo names depending on the Igbo dialect.
It is known as okazi in Enugu and Anambra States and ukazi in Imo and Abia States.
I don't know what it is called in Ebonyi State which is made up of partly old Enugu State and partly old Abia State.
