  4. Break egg in a plate,add little salt and sugar and whisk. Then dip the floured yam into it and get it soaked. Then fry in hot oil,till brown.

  5. Put on a paper towel.

  6. For the pepper sauce,put oil in a pot and get it hot.

  7. Pour in the pepper mix and cover to cook for 5 minute.

  8. Add the seasoning,maggi and curry and stir and let simmer for 2 minute.

  9. Serve with the yamarita.
