  1. First start by chopping the raw jackfruit into small cubes, then cook it in a pressure cooker with one cup of water, 1/4 tsp of turmeric powder and 1/4 tsp of salt and cook till 2 whistle and then turn off the heat, let the pressure get released naturally then drain the excess water.

  6. Once the spices start releasing oil, add the fried potatoes and jackfruit and mix everything well, add 3 to 4 cups of water and bring everything to a good, simmer for 10 to 15 minutes.

  7. At the end add the garam masala powder and mix everything well, garnish with chopped coriander leaves and serve with hot rice, roti or paratha.
