  1. In a pot start by boiling beans..

  2. After like 30 minutes add in the maize and continue to boil until they are all ready..

  3. In cooking pot fry onions with oil the add in garlic,hoho,sliced carrots and dhania then add in the tomatoes cover and allow them to cook well..

  4. Now add in the boiled githeri and salt. Let all the mxture cook well..

  5. In a separate cooking pot. Fry onions and when properly cooked add in the spinach, some salt then cover and cook for 5 minutes..

  6. Now the meal is ready serve hot and enjoy..
