High in fiber, potassium and antioxidants this low sodium smoothie is perfect for the healthy heart-conscious consumer.
This delicious combination is beneficial for individuals with high blood pressure and/or high cholesterol, and is also a great preventative to breast cancer.

You need 1 of banana.

It’s 6 of to 8 strawberries.

You need 1/2 cup of blueberries.

Prepare 1 cup of Vita Coco pure coconut water.

Prepare 1/2 cup of spinach, loosely packed.

You need 1 of 16oz. Yoplait French Vanilla yogurt.

You need 4 of ice cubes.

Put ingredients in order listed into blender..

Use option "Auto IQ Blend" for Nutri Ninja Blender or blend for 45 seconds..

Pour into glass and enjoy..

This can serve 4-6 people if put into juice glasses. I had to estimate the amount of blueberries and spinach since I grabbed handfuls of each and wasnt trying to measure at the time. :).
I do use frozen berries which of course makes it a frozen smoothie that stays so nice and cold till the very last drop is gone!!
Also sometimes I'll put a couple of teaspoons of creamy peanut butter in the blender.
I have also added protein powder on occasion.
This mixed berry smoothie is simply frozen berries, banana, vanilla Greek yogurt, liquid of your choice, and sweetener if you desire.
I buy bags of mixed frozen berries and always have a few in the freezer for when a smoothie craving strikes.
